In-House Technical Training

Faced with rapid technological, innovative and growing competition in both domestic and overseas markets BGL realized the importance of maintaining a knowledgeable, flexible, highly skilled and effective pool of manpower who can positively respond to ever changing business challenges and opportunities.

Management fully recognizes that in order to operate in today’s competitive environment and maintain its competitive advantage we have to focus on the excellence of result produced by employees at all levels, thus training and development of human resource is given a high priority.

An In House Technical Training program aims at training young School/College pass outs in various trades of Glass manufacturing, material and resource management.

Management Trainees and Apprentices are given 70% on-the-job training and 30% theoretical training in class rooms round the year. Managerial skills development program aims at raising the level of Supervisory and Managerial effectiveness by improving the knowledge, attitudes and problem-solving skills of Executives and Managers. These programs help Supervisors and Executives to deploy all the resources available to them most effective and enable them to handle problem situations in the most appropriate and cost effective manner.
